Jolspu Jewelry ships worldwide from the United States.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 2–5 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. Times may also be affected by circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather, etc.).

Tracking number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Duties and import taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
